Where can I find a copy of the Conference program? 

A PDF version of the program can be downloaded here.

 

Do I have to stay in one track the whole time?

Not at all, unless that is the best use of Conference for you and your organisation. Feel free to move from track to track finding the session that best suits your professional development needs.

Masterclasses are different. Once you select your preferred masterclass to attend you stay with it for the full day. For more information about the Masterclasses please click here.

 

What is included in the full Conference registration?

  • Attendance at sessions on Thursday and Friday (one day only for day registrations)
  • Admittance into the exhibition
  • Welcome Reception on Wednesday 26 February
  • Arrival tea and coffee, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
  • Conference satchel, lanyard, delegate handbook
  • Consenting delegate list (emailed one week prior to conference)
  • Access to speaker presentations post-event (note, not all presentations may be made available)

 

Are Masterclasses a separate cost?

Yes. Pre-Conference Masterclasses are not included in any of our Conference registration packages. For a full list of prices, please see the Pricing page.

 

Can my colleagues and I share a registration?

No. Each registration is for a single person. If you can only attend one day we do have a day only registration option.

 

I want to register on behalf of others in my organisation. How do I do this?

It's easy! Register all the attendees using their details, you will be required to use a unique email address per attendee. If you need a copy of the tax receipt for your own records, there will be a link where you can email it to yourself after payment has been made.

 

We don’t have a company credit card. Can I still book online?

Register online and fill out all details up till you reach the payment page. There will be a reference number above the credit card payment form. Please email us quoting this reference number and we will send an invoice to you.

Please note that the following admin fees apply to invoicing and EFT payments:

  • $75 per invoice if the amount is less than $2,000.
  • $20 per invoice if the amount is over $2,000.

 

Can I get an invoice sent to me for our Accounts department to pay?

Register online and fill out all details up till you reach the payment page. There will be a reference number above the credit card payment form. Please email us quoting this reference number and we will send an invoice to you.

Can anyone attend the FIA Annual General Meeting?

Yes, anybody can attend the FIA Annual General Meeting, but only members may vote on business arising. The AGM is where we vote in our Fellows and Emeritus for the year.

 

Do you have recommended places to stay near the venue?

Great rates are available to Conference delegates at selected hotels around the Convention Centre in Melbourne. Visit the accommodation page for options.
